What you can

You don’t have a desk

You sit wherever and with whomever it is most appropriate each day

Ongoing reviews

Your performance will be reviewed monthly by your teammates, with feedback provided in an ongoing manner and appraised every 6 months.

Working hours

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. However, occasionally additional hours here and there will also be required.

Learning and development

We’re Investors in People Gold accredited. Training and personal development is ingrained into our culture and will be part of your life at bda.

Dress code

We don’t have one. Wear whatever is appropriate for your day and your role.


You’ll get 25 days holiday (excluding bank and public holidays) each year.
