Last year we announced being accredited with bronze standard award by Investors in People, and over the past year we’ve been working really hard to progress and work toward achieving silver status. We can now proudly announce that we are now at Silver standard.
To achieve this award bda had to meet 76 additional requirements from the Investors in People framework, across a range of different aspects including business strategy plans, learning and development techniques, and staff motivation. Therefore achieving Silver standard demonstrates a progressive approach to business improvement through people.
Here at bda, our employees are the magic ingredients that make our company what it is today – and as a whole we’re tremendously proud to have been recognised.
