We’re looking for someone who loves what they do, is great to work with, is willing to muck in and (of course) is a fantastic designer!
Outline of Position
The position will see you service our busy client base of both large and small clients. Working with the rest of the team you will be involved in a variety of project types including websites, social media asset creation, email marketing, advertising, brochures, direct mail and everything in between!
You will work well within a team that consists of other designers, developers and project managers, but will also be able to work confidently under your own initiative. The ability to adhere to a brief and deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work, creativity and excellent time management are key to the position.
Required Key Skills
- Great working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite of products – in particular, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
Beneficial Skills & Knowledge
These skills are advantageous yet not required for the position.
- HTML, CSS, PHP and general web development
- Knowledge of Sketch or Adobe XD
- Knowledge of UI and UX design best practice
- Video and animation knowledge (After Effects and Premier Pro)
Qualifications and Experience
You must have at least 2 years of design experience in a commercial environment, preferably in an agency.
Necessary Personal Qualities
You must be passionate about design, be self motivated, have a positive outlook and always be willing to help. You should love what you do and enjoy talking about it to anyone who will listen. You’ll be fun and have a good sense of humour. Above all you’ll be reliable, organised, understanding, hardworking, adaptable, determined, a strong communicator and a team player.
Although based in Buckingham there may be an occasional need to visit clients. Normal working hours are 9am to 5.30pm, but flexibility is required in order to adhere to deadlines.
