Igloo Books was getting the cold shoulder from its online customers. They’d get as far as filling their baskets, but the checkout experience was sending shoppers elsewhere. Not any more.
Anyone involved in ecommerce knows a great site isn’t just about how it looks or feels. These are crucial but so is what goes on at the back end – the security, coding the integration of existing business, stock and fulfilment systems and a whole lot more.
We needed to understand Igloo’s current business processes, what was technically possible and how a new ecommerce engine would integrate with those existing systems. And we needed the designers and UI specialists to make it look and work brilliantly.
Happily we have the inhouse expertise to do all that – a fact that didn’t go unnoticed by Igloo!
