Push Technology, based in London and New York, is used to working with data. It is a leading provider of data distribution solutions, also suitable for mobile deployment. This means that for customers including Lloyds Bank and William Hill, vast amounts of data gets moved around quickly in the safest, most efficient way.

Push Technology recognised it needed to bring its website and communications up-to-date and decided bda was the right agency for the job.

Sleeker and better

Primarily we needed to get the website looking sleeker and working better. We did this by improving the visuals to appeal to potential clients on both sides of the Atlantic. We gave the site some pizazz, tidied it up and gave the thought leadership content greater prominence to provide a more credible approach.

Our developers were also in the thick of it, tailoring the user experience to create ‘stickier’ site visits, and ultimately to generate leads.

We then focused on driving traffic to the site through inbound and outbound work. We created email campaigns and built up Push Technology’s Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Facebook accounts. We tracked every single element through HubSpot and shifted our approach as we went.

Traffic soars by 15 per cent

The new site launched in July 2014 and there has been no drop off in visits despite a different backend. Traffic has actually increased by 15 per cent and our email campaigns are achieving a 50 per cent open rate, which is fantastic in today’s email-weary society.
