They look for companies who build trust and engagement – for their staff, their clients, and the wider community – and go the extra mile.
In 2017, we introduced Prophet role profiling to help our whole team better understand each other, and how we can balance each other's strengths and weaknesses.
We have a shared sense of ownership with our rules for being amazing, celebrating success, and monthly catch ups.
From supporting junior staff to supporting the community, we've developed and continue to work on our fantastic working environment to bring the best out of everyone.
