It's the age-old question of nature vs. nurture. Is creativity innate? A natural talent? Or can it be taught?
Is creativity a special magic that only a lucky few are graced with?
Maybe creativity has more to do with how you define it. Passion? Natural talent? Idea generation? Thought processes?
A mixture of everything?
But whether it can be taught or not, creativity is a skill that must be exercised in order to grow and develop.
We can "prime the mind for creative ideas to emerge" and give people the tools to tap into and evolve their creativity.
A large part of that is getting beyond the fear of being wrong, or the worry of embarrassment.
There's no such thing as a bad idea, after all!
And once you've put ideas together? Take a step back and let them breathe.
